Greeted with a margarita on arrival, we’re curating a 4 course gourmet dinner, each dish thoughtfully paired with a unique expression of 1800 Tequila, from the crisp Blanco to the rich and refined Añejo to the bold Reposado and finishing with sweet Coconut.
This exclusive experience is more than a meal, it’s a guided exploration into the depth, history, and versatility of tequila. You'll learn how barrel aging, terroir, and tradition shape each pour, while savouring dishes crafted to complement every note.
